What you will do

• Managing ServiceNow incident backlogs.
• Coordinating RUN activities and stabilizing solutions after the build phase.
• Defining and documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Supporting and training users on reports and data models (self-BI).

Requirements

• Strong experience in data and Business Intelligence projects.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow incident backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Solid SQL skills for data analysis and investigation.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
