What you will do
- Partner with Sales Leadership to manage and enhance weekly forecasting cadences, QBRs, and annual planning.
- Drive scalable sales processes and playbooks for quote-to-cash, renewals, and partner-led motions.
- Serve as a liaison across departments to support complex deal structuring for regulated and FedRamp-aligned accounts.
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for proactive account management and insights.
- Leverage tools like Clari, Outreach, Gong, and Tableau for visibility into seller activity and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and localize global programs to US government requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics/reporting platforms (Clari, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to translate ambiguity into scalable processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship required (with no dual citizenship).
