Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid if local to Buffalo, NY. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Salary: $85,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Support strategic workforce planning activities by providing insights, data analysis, and coordination.
• Analyze workforce trends, forecast talent needs, and identify capability gaps.
• Perform internal and external labor market research.
• Build predictive and descriptive models for hiring forecasts and recruiter capacity.
• Prepare executive-ready reports with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Provide data to inform build vs. buy decisions and evaluate sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, and/or a related analytical role.
• Experience with workforce or talent-related datasets and familiarity with ATS, HRIS (Workday is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using labor-market and workforce-analytics platforms (e.g., Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights).
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready reports with clear narratives.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
