People Analytics Lead (Fintech)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Build and scale a People Analytics infrastructure to seamlessly connect people data across HR systems.
• Oversee the evaluation, automation, and integration of existing HR reporting efforts using Tableau.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify business challenges and apply data science for insights.
• Co-own data optimization and root cause analysis for evolving data challenges with HR Operations.
• Lead the strategic design of people data for the firm and support business system owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information technology, statistics, human resources or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience building an analytics ecosystem and executing a people analytics strategy.
• Familiarity with human resource management concepts, metrics, and data.
• Experience working with Tableau and Snowflake and other enabling middleware.
• Excellent analytical skills and methods to diagnose, cleanse, and transform data.
• Hybrid work in Salt Lake City, Utah required (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS, Lattice Talent Management, and Greenhouse ATS.
