What you will do

• Provide remote and onsite training to enterprise customers.
• Apply a consultative approach to software implementation projects.
• Coordinate long, complex projects with Project Managers.
• Resolve complex support issues for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Tier 3, Product, R&D, and leadership teams.
• Maintain a hyper-focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or ten years of related customer or client service experience.
• Strong communication, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Ability to handle spirited customer conversations and diffuse conflict.
• Must employ clear, concise, and grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills.
