What you will do
- Define multi-year revenue strategy including segmentation, coverage, and capacity planning across revenue motions.
- Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning: targets, quotas, compensation, and budget alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
- Develop and maintain unified revenue performance frameworks and dashboards to guide investment and operational decisions.
- Own end-to-end GTM process design and continuous improvement across various market segments.
- Drive companywide revenue forecasting process and improve accuracy and scenario modeling.
- Build and lead a high-performing global Revenue Operations organization spanning multiple operational functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS environments.
- 5+ years managing large-scale global Revenue Operations teams.
- Proven success in multi-year GTM strategy implementation improving revenue predictability and efficiency.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM architecture and reporting.
- Experience partnering with Product and Product Marketing to translate telemetry into GTM playbooks.
- Must be located in the United States to work remotely.
