Location: Remote within the United States only

Salary: $216,000 - $250,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Define multi-year revenue strategy including segmentation, coverage, and capacity planning across revenue motions.
  • Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning: targets, quotas, compensation, and budget alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain unified revenue performance frameworks and dashboards to guide investment and operational decisions.
  • Own end-to-end GTM process design and continuous improvement across various market segments.
  • Drive companywide revenue forecasting process and improve accuracy and scenario modeling.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global Revenue Operations organization spanning multiple operational functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale global Revenue Operations teams.
  • Proven success in multi-year GTM strategy implementation improving revenue predictability and efficiency.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM architecture and reporting.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Product Marketing to translate telemetry into GTM playbooks.
  • Must be located in the United States to work remotely.
