Salary: $217,000–$325,000 per year

What you will do

• Directly support the CFO in daily financial and business needs.
• Partner with Finance leadership to develop an effective operating model and long-term goal setting.
• Serve as a trusted adviser during strategy formulation, development, and execution.
• Support program management of Finance-led and cross-functional initiatives, monitoring progress and flagging risks.
• Turn strategic ideas into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across the executive team.
• Facilitate collaboration through executive leadership meetings and offsites, influencing key decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, finance, strategy, operations, or strategy & operations roles.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or Operations preferred.
• Strong time and project management skills with proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving and operating frameworks.
• Practical experience in strategic planning, growth strategy execution, and financial analysis.
• Clear, mature communicator able to convey complex ideas succinctly to diverse audiences.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the US.
