What you will do
- Directly support the CFO in daily financial and business needs.
- Partner with Finance leadership to develop an effective operating model and long-term goal setting.
- Serve as a trusted adviser during strategy formulation, development, and execution.
- Support program management of Finance-led and cross-functional initiatives, monitoring progress and flagging risks.
- Turn strategic ideas into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across the executive team.
- Facilitate collaboration through executive leadership meetings and offsites, influencing key decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting, finance, strategy, operations, or strategy & operations roles.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or Operations preferred.
- Strong time and project management skills with proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Experience applying structured problem-solving and operating frameworks.
- Practical experience in strategic planning, growth strategy execution, and financial analysis.
- Clear, mature communicator able to convey complex ideas succinctly to diverse audiences.
- Must be eligible to work remotely in the US.
