Requirements

• 6+ years of people management experience in software engineering.
• Experience delivering features for enterprise-scale technology organizations.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with impeccable organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience running Agile processes and delivering publicly released products.
• Ability to motivate teams, instill accountability, and drive quality through automation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation or agentic frameworks.
• Experience delivering features on the hirify.global platform.
• 10+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering technically demanding projects.
