What you will do

• Lead software engineering projects to bring new platforms to market and build developer tools.
• Nurture and develop teams of experienced engineers across multiple projects and locations.

• Partner with product and engineering organizations to interpret product definitions and focus on high-value work.
• Create consistent, efficient, user-loved products by balancing technical excellence with business needs and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience, including 10 years leading software engineering teams.
• 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, next-generation technology development, and systems engineering.
• Extensive experience leading engineering teams, setting strategic goals, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• This role will require an on-site presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with compiler and library engineering.
• Experience with system profiling, debugger engineering, and workload analysis.
