Salary: $188,000–$275,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers supporting customers building AI agents with W&B Weave.
• Own delivery quality and customer outcomes, ensuring successful deployments in customer environments.
• Drive technical excellence by standardizing best practices and producing reusable assets.
• Create a strong product feedback loop by synthesizing field learnings and partnering with Product/Engineering.
• Run FDE operations by defining metrics, improving processes, and coordinating escalations.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with expertise in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and/or orchestration frameworks, including deploying real systems beyond prototypes.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in high-ownership environments.
• Prior experience working directly with customers in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
