What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
• Support lead generation efforts and ensure proper follow-up processes to maximize conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Work closely with sales teams and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event partners while maintaining budget oversight.
• Support the development and implementation of regional marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English are mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year professional experience in field marketing, event management, or B2B marketing roles.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions based on analysis of available information.
