What you will do

• Own and maintain the DACH content roadmap aligned with regional marketing priorities and commercial goals.
• Be the tone-of-voice guardian for DACH, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
• Create standout customer advocacy content and high-quality content across the funnel (emails, landing pages, social posts).
• Manage and brief freelancers/partners for long-form assets and multimedia.
• Repurpose PR coverage and brand moments into content bundles.
• Monitor and report on content and SEO performance, collaborating with the global content team on SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a content-focused marketing role (hands-on writing required).
• Native or bilingual German and professional English proficiency.
• Strong ability to create content that supports commercial outcomes (pipeline impact, conversions, adoption, retention).
• Excellent editorial judgment: structure, clarity, tone-of-voice, and audience empathy.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (search intent, on-page best practices, content briefs).
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
