Project Management Specialist

TL;DR

Project Management Specialist: Assisting with project planning, administration, and execution for HR initiatives with an accent on facilitating Agile scrum teams and managing knowledge systems. Focus on delivering actionable data analysis, improving project collateral, and driving operational excellence within a global environment.

Location: Hybrid in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines (at least 2 office days per week)

What you will do

• Assist with the planning and administration of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Facilitate Agile scrum teams as a ScrumMaster.
• Manage the implementation of the knowledge management system.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of project collateral including status reports, project plans, and documentation.
• Deliver data analysis from various sources, emphasizing actionable insights and accurate reporting.
• Participate in and contribute to the successful execution of global HR initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree in Business/Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Project Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in managing upwards and coordinating with high-level stakeholders.
• The initiative to learn and comfort working with minimum supervision.
• Flexibility on work hours, adjusting to night shift on some days or working PH holidays based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in handling projects related to Human Resources.
• Exposure to Agile Methodology.
• Certifications in Project Management and/or Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with Workday, Zendesk, and/or Jira.
