Salary: $168,200 USD - $224,900 USD

What you will do

  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and research teams.
  • Develop deep expertise across multiple product problem areas.
  • Quickly prototype solutions to visual and interaction problems.
  • Conduct user research to understand problems and current pain-points.
  • Design experiences that are simple, elegant, and solve real problems.
  • Mentor more junior designers and advocate for user needs in product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform.
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design, and idea generation or prototyping.
  • Expert knowledge and experience with the end-to-end iterative design process, including design research, user stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to help stakeholders understand design rationale.
  • Must be based in the United States for remote work.
