TL;DR

Multimedia Intern: Designing and producing engaging content across text, graphics, animation, video, photography, and audio for hirify.global’s SharePoint intranet with an accent on employee-driven stories and employer branding. Focus on creating compelling multimedia experiences, analyzing engagement, and shaping digital employee experience.

Location: Must be available to work onsite at hirify.global Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA. Remote work is not an option for this position. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Coordinate and produce photo and video content for hirify.global’s SharePoint intranet, social media, and recruiting efforts.
• Support day-to-day intranet content updates and company news announcements, ensuring information is timely and engaging.
• Capture and organize b-roll footage and collaborate with design and communications partners.
• Research internal communications trends and emerging SharePoint features to inform content ideas.
• Contribute to additional projects and initiatives supporting employee engagement and brand experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in photography and videography; a portfolio or work samples will be requested.
• Ability to write and edit clear, engaging copy for digital platforms, including intranet news posts.
• Strong foundational photo, video, and audio recording and editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Working knowledge of graphic design principles and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a creative field such as multimedia design, graphic design, film, or digital media.
• Must be available to work onsite at hirify.global Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA.
