Location: Remote - United States, with offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 (annual, varies by US region)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Design roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Recruit across roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, Design Systems, Motion, and Content Design.
  • Build robust talent pipelines using creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring goals and translate them into tailored strategies.
  • Assess candidates for functional excellence and product mindset (user empathy, systems thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving).
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing updates on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring progress.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Background recruiting in consumer technology companies (B2C, mobile, marketplace, hardware, or platform).
  • Proven ability to close senior-level and highly specialized talent.
  • Strong understanding of product and design roles, including how to evaluate portfolios, case studies, and product thinking.
  • Demonstrated success using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., GEM).
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balance multiple priorities, and partner closely with senior leaders.
