Salary: $117,000–$183,000

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, ensuring performance and security.
• Implement and configure Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using custom APIs, platform events, and middleware tools.
• Develop and maintain unit/integration tests and contribute to observability across Salesforce and integrations.
• Improve release management and CI/CD practices for Salesforce environment strategy and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members in Salesforce engineering and AI-assisted development.
• Use and evolve agentic AI practices to design, automate, and optimize Salesforce workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Background working in SaaS/subscription businesses and familiarity with related processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, distributed team.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Data Cloud, AgentForce, Salesforce DX, and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end practices for LWC/Experience Cloud.
• Experience with additional Salesforce clouds.
