Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in London, UK)

What you will do

  • Define and deliver a team vision encompassing stakeholder needs and a technology roadmap.
  • Renovate legacy C++ systems to enable faster, low-downtime releases.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Empower the team to own and deliver their goals independently.
  • Organize and plan work with stakeholders and department heads.
  • Act as a hands-on C++ (and some Python) developer, delivering code to production.

Requirements

  • Proficient with the latest C++ standards and modern software design practices.
  • Experience with, or keen to learn, Python.
  • Experience with trading, exposure/risk management, and hedging execution.
  • Track record of renovating legacy systems while concurrently delivering on new work.
  • Driven to improve both yourself and the systems you work on.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Work on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office in London, UK.
