Salary: £85,000–£110,000 per annum + Equity

• Strengthen engineering best practices across code quality, system design, and delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently with end-user needs in mind.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain strong engineers.

Requirements

• Several years of engineering leadership experience in growing startups or scaling teams.
• Experience supporting teams through periods of rapid growth or organizational change.
• Ability to balance speed with strong engineering discipline.
• Strong product and outcome-focused mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, cloud environments (AWS preferred), infrastructure, and distributed systems (Kubernetes).
