What you will do

• Design and evolve high-performance, scalable software architectures.
• Lead the breakdown and delivery of large, complex technical initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership across system architecture.
• Act as a technical authority across multiple codebases, languages, and domains.
• Establish and improve engineering and organizational processes.
• Support and develop engineers through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Build performant, evolutionary architectures.
• Strong system-level technical understanding.
• Proficient across multiple languages and codebases, including strong experience with Haskell.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Balance pragmatism with quality.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly.
