Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Playing a pivotal role in the Go-to-Market team, engaging in pre-sales and post-sales processes by serving as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams with an accent on delivering Proof of Value (POV) engagements. Location: Onsite in New York or Boston offices, USA. Travel regionally to client sites is required.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 base plus commission.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Contribute to regional sales, POV, and Go-to-Market strategy.
• Discover and create prospect-specific quantifiable value statements for deals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders.
• Provide cover and support to customers and peers in the local region.
• Travel regionally to client sites.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a software sales engineering role; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge in both on-premises and cloud networking and technologies.
• Knowledge around varying cybersecurity solutions (NDR, EDR, XDR, Email Security, CNAPP).
• Ability to consult at all levels (C-level, SOC, engineers, buyers).
• Experience in presenting technical Network Security Solutions to Clients and Channel Partners.
• Passion for staying updated with cybersecurity trends and continuous skill development.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
