What you will do

• Lead and grow services focused on value stream transformation and AI-enabled automation.
• Develop a clear narrative around AI's role in augmenting human work and business processes.
• Lead client engagements to diagnose, redesign, and improve end-to-end value streams.
• Ensure solutions are data-driven, automated, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning business design, process engineering, data, and technology.
• Support sales and go-to-market efforts for AI-enabled workflows and next-generation operating models.

Requirements

• Strong background in operations transformation, value stream redesign, process engineering, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, data, and automation to improve real business workflows and outcomes.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end value streams and identify where redesign, orchestration, or automation creates the most impact.
• Experience leading complex delivery programs that require iteration, experimentation, and learning.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex systems and workflows in clear, practical terms.
