What you will do

• Shape and evolve strategy and transformation offerings addressing business renewal, AI-enabled strategy, and operating model change.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on strategy, transformation, and long-term value creation.
• Lead complex strategy and transformation engagements from problem framing to roadmap definition and change activation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, data, and technology.
• Develop and communicate clear perspectives on strategy in the AI era.
• Support sales and business development by shaping compelling transformation narratives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business strategy, transformation, or management consulting, ideally across multiple industries.
• Proven track record of leading complex strategy or transformation engagements from problem framing through execution and change activation.
• Strong understanding of how technology, data, and AI influence business models, operating models, and competitive advantage.
• Experience designing strategy roadmaps connecting long-term ambition with near-term execution.
• Ability to work across ambiguity and advise executive and board-level leaders.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, data, and technology.
• English: B2 required.
