What you will do
- Build and scale the Benelux Retail Media playbook from scratch, defining formats and test plans.
- Secure prime retail media inventory and negotiate favorable commercial terms with key partners.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail partners.
- Optimize campaigns for high-value users, focusing on activation, retention, and LTV.
- Analyze performance meticulously by retailer, placement, and promotion to identify winning combinations.
Requirements
- Proven experience running Retail Media as a performance acquisition channel.
- History of owning and optimizing campaigns on retail networks (grocery, marketplaces, e-commerce).
- Ability to codify learnings into repeatable playbooks for scalable growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and deal structuring skills.
- Deep expertise in cohort-based performance analysis and budget reallocation based on data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
