What you will do

• Support marketing activities in German-speaking markets for user acquisition and brand awareness.
• Assist in the localization of product features, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct SEO research and provide recommendations to improve search performance.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance marketing activities, reporting on key metrics like LTV and CAC.
• Support the roll-out of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring campaigns are executed according to plan.
• Perform market research and share findings on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience (academic, internship, or professional) supporting marketing initiatives, ideally in digital or growth marketing.
• Familiarity with localization workflows for regional markets.
• Advanced understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink concepts, and SEO tools.
• Ability to work with performance marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks under guidance.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
