TL;DR
Marketing Manager (Gaming): Create and execute marketing strategy for the Benelux region, focusing on growing sell-out and increasing market shares in cooperation with sales. Focus on establishing direct connections with key retailers, managing PR & Comms, and executing local paid media and influencer campaigns.
Location: Remote from Netherlands, with frequent business travel required to the Benelux region (Netherlands and Belgium).

What you will do
- Create and execute a marketing strategy to achieve sales and profit objectives for the Benelux region.
- Develop and manage 3-6 month rolling marketing plans with Key Accounts, focusing on sell-out driven business.
- Establish solid partnerships with channel partners like retailers, e-tailers, and distribution firms.
- Build and maintain relationships with local PR agencies and media contacts for effective communications.
- Adapt global content for local distribution through owned channels and retailers.
- Plan and execute local paid media campaigns in cooperation with internal departments and agencies.
- Build quarterly influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote sell-out.
- Provide market feedback on trends, opportunities, and product developments to headquarters.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Consumer Electronics or Gaming.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube).
- Ability to use MS Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
- Understanding and ability to implement premium brand positioning across all sales channels.
- English and Dutch spoken and written fluently.

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms.
- Practical experience with key paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon.
