TL;DR

Marketing Executive (Fintech): Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Benelux region with an accent on brand recognition, lead generation, and strengthening client relationships. Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (4 days in office, 1 day home office per week)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the NL, BE, and Lux region.
  • Identify key marketing channels and tactics, and monitor regional market trends and competitors.
  • Define marketing goals in collaboration with Sales and Partnership Teams, manage the regional budget, and report on ROI.
  • Create engaging, localised content in Dutch and English to promote hirify.global's brand and services to Benelux-based clients.
  • Oversee and execute regional event and hospitality activation management, external communications (PR and Social Media), and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all regional activities.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Fluency in Dutch (professional proficiency in French is highly advantageous).
  • Proven ability to design marketing strategies that resonate with the Benelux market.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, developing and executing successful campaigns using various channels.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Pardot (Salesforce), WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media channels.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in B2B lead generation and sales support.
  • Experience working with global brands and adapting international marketing strategies for the local Benelux cultural context.
  • Knowledge of financial services or hirify.global’s specific product offerings.
  • Experience managing regional budgets and reporting.
  • Operational Salesforce / Pardot and Webflow experience.
