Technical Artist (Game Development)

What you will do

• Work closely with art and programming departments on creating optimized, high-quality visual assets and tools.
• Create specialized tools for Artists and Level Designers.
• Create and develop shaders and materials for Environment/Character Artists and UI Designers.
• Perform environmental look development, create full-screen effects, and develop the rendering pipeline from the visual side.
• Work on special effects and assets using tools like Houdini.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience on a similar position.
• Experience in working with rendering pipelines.
• Experience with industry standard 3D packages.
• Basic to advanced skills in modeling and texturing.
• Knowledge of Python, MAXscript, or C++ (for writing tools) depending on your specialty.
• Knowledge of HLSL/GLSL, real-time rendering techniques, and shader/material optimization.
• Experience working with Houdini/Blender Geometry Node.
• Good command of English.
