Senior Developer (.NET/C#)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; ideally able to work Eastern Time hours. Travel for in-person engagement, including department offsites, team meetings, and customer or industry events, is required for almost all roles.

Annual salary: $153,000–$214,000 USD for US-based roles; $144,000–$202,000 CAD for Canada-based roles, plus benefits, equity, and applicable incentive programs.

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex SaaS management platform features end-to-end, from scoping through production.
• Build systems that help IT and Security teams discover, govern, and optimize AI and SaaS ecosystems.
• Lead technical design discussions, write design documents, identify risks, and build consensus.
• Establish testing, code quality, and observability practices through hands-on engineering and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and make sound engineering tradeoffs.
• Evaluate and apply agentic AI tools in the software development lifecycle, sharing effective practices with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, and MongoDB or similar technologies.
• Ability to solve large, complex engineering problems independently and own features through production.
• Strong code quality, testing, documentation, and technical communication skills.
• Experience mentoring less experienced developers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States or Canada, ideally within Eastern Time hours.

Nice to have

• Experience evolving a legacy or growth-stage application into an enterprise-scale platform.
• Familiarity with Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and other technical stacks.
