What you will do

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
  • Manage client briefs, developing single and cross-channel campaign plans across ADOOH, ATV, and Programmatic.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, collaborating closely with Activation teams.
  • Manage agency revenue pipeline, tracking briefs, maintaining accurate forecasts, and supporting achievement of revenue targets.
  • Lead financial reconciliation and management of client bookings with the finance team.
  • Represent hirify.global Solutions at agency meetings and deliver education sessions to enhance agency understanding.

Requirements

  • Proven background in agency or account management roles, with strong exposure to media planning and campaign delivery.
  • Articulate communicator with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient; able to work independently and deliver against individual and team goals.
  • Meticulous in managing bookings, financial reconciliations, and delivery processes.
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in campaign management, meeting KPIs, and managing sales pipelines with accurate revenue forecasting.
