TL;DR

Principal Conversion Consultant (CRO): Defining and leading optimisation programmes for clients' websites and apps with an accent on commercial optimisation, research, and testing programme building. Focus on implementing and analyzing AB/MV testing and personalization, and collaborating with UX and development teams.

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Must be based in the UK and have the right to work there.

What you will do

  • Define and lead optimisation programmes for client websites and apps.
  • Identify opportunities for commercial optimisation and build test and insight plans.
  • Implement, manage, and analyze AB and MV tests and personalization programmes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, UX consultants, and developers to define hypotheses and ensure smooth test production.
  • Innovate and develop Code’s conversion rate optimisation services and processes.
  • Mentor and line manage junior team members, supporting their craft improvement.

Requirements

  • Leading experience in CRO service, working closely with clients and directing teams.
  • Proficiency in customer experience analytics tools (e.g., Clarity, Hotjar).
  • Proficiency in planning and implementing personalisation, AB, and MV testing.
  • Proficiency in common AB/MVT software (e.g., Convert, Adobe Target, Optimizely).
  • Proficiency in defining objectives and KPIs on digital projects.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics/other analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of UX research and its application.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.
