TL;DR
Lead Conversion Consultant (Marketing): Leading optimisation programmes to improve clients' websites and apps by analysing business models, conducting research, and managing AB/MV testing and personalisation. With an accent on client collaboration, mentoring junior team members, and supporting new business pitches. Focus on designing and analysing testing programmes, driving commercial optimisation, and leading a team.
Location: Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, hybrid work with office presence around four days a week in Manchester.

What you will do
- Lead and run conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes for clients, including AB/MV testing and personalisation.
- Collaborate with UX consultants, designers, developers, and content writers to define and prioritise test hypotheses.
- Mentor and line manage junior team members to improve their skills.
- Support new business development and pitching activities.
- Innovate and develop CRO services and processes within the agency.
Requirements
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience leading CRO services and working closely with clients.
- Proficiency in customer experience analytics tools (e.g., Clarity, Hotjar) and AB/MVT software (e.g., Convert, Adobe Target, Optimizely).
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, traffic sources, and Google Analytics.
- Good knowledge of UX research and ability to use it effectively.
- Ability to define objectives and KPIs for digital projects.
Nice to have
- Understanding of persuasion, usability, and information architecture.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research techniques.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
