What you will do

• Lead large, complex social and content projects for clients with a portfolio of soft drinks brands.
• Manage key campaigns from strategy to production, collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class work.
• Act as a trusted partner to mid-level clients, confidently leading conversations and problem-solving in the moment.
• Oversee strategies for paid and organic social, understanding multi-platform experiences and touchpoints.
• Ensure the team works towards strategic objectives and champion the social craft within the agency.
• Manage client expectations and financial aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Account Director or similar role, from either an agency or client background.
• Wide knowledge of social media, content management, and campaign delivery.
• Strong understanding of how data, strategy, and community management contribute to a brand's social presence.
• Excellent communication skills, providing clear guidance and able to present work to clients.
• Financially savvy, adept at working within client budgets and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Ability to manage multi-level stakeholders in complex matrix organizations and lead diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience within the retail sector.
• Integrated marketing experience beyond social.
