What you will do

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies informed by real-time buyer signals, moving away from static campaigns.
  • Identify and prioritize buying readiness signals and apply them to the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify buyer intent signals.
  • Craft tailored messages and campaigns that resonate with specific customer needs at the right moment.
  • Manage signal-tracking and marketing automation tools to enable proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to synchronize outreach efforts based on shared buyer signals and intent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in demand generation with at least 5 years experience leading teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets to find meaningful patterns.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of how to personalize content and messaging at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales and other teams.
