What you will do

• Drive growth and provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of Financial Services & Insurance clients.
• Act as a figurehead for hirify.global’s FS&I consulting practice, inspiring teams and clients.
• Develop and promote hirify.global’s thought leadership on key trends like Open Banking, DeFi, AI/ML, and cybersecurity in financial services.
• Build deep partnerships with C-level clients and drive business development in the FS&I sector.
• Collaborate globally to co-create bespoke strategies leveraging emerging technologies.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of FS&I consultants and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting experience in Financial Services & Insurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role specifically within retail banking, wealth management, and insurance.
• Deep knowledge of digital transformation, fintech, and the Financial Services landscape, including regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and leading industry discussions.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships on accounts that are 10M+.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
