What you will do

• Own company-wide reliability and observability strategy, managing production incidents.
• Provide executive oversight of incident response, postmortem governance, and problem management.
• Define and enforce standards for monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and production readiness.
• Lead post-production quality governance and establish executive-level quality/reliability metrics.
• Ensure strong governance of Change Management and Release Management processes.
• Identify systemic risks, process inefficiencies, and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Senior-level experience in IT operations, production reliability, monitoring, or quality management.
• Proven experience leading teams, departments, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, production operations, observability, incident management, and risk control.
• Strong background in defining and governing processes, standards, and internal controls.
• Professional proficiency in English for executive and technical communication.
