What you will do

• Lead client delivery development projects by managing a team of full-stack engineers.
• Deliver high-quality solutions including system integrations, custom widgets, and migration tooling.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, code quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Oversee the technical architecture of client engagements and support critical build-versus-buy decisions.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Engineering teams to align Professional Services solutions with the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing engineering teams in a Professional Services or Solutions Engineering capacity.
• Strong full-stack development expertise with experience in modern frameworks and integration architectures.
• Expertise in software solutions using the .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, AngularJS, modern Angular, and React.
• Expertise in modern API architectures (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and experience with cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.

• Interest in and experience with AI-assisted development.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Interest in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
• Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum).
