Requirements

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams in an enterprise environment.

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments is a strong advantage.
