Requirements
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on background in C# / .NET (Core), with solid understanding of modern development practices.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments is a strong advantage.
