TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Recruitment Technology): Identifying and contacting prospective customers to book Sales Qualified Meetings with an accent on outbound communication and pipeline management. Focus on building relationships and providing customer feedback to product development teams.

Location: Hybrid in London, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Identify and contact prospective customers via phone, email, and messaging to book Sales Qualified Meetings.
  • Attend and support Account Executives on customer demos.
  • Provide prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales or staffing/recruiting.
  • Strong communication skills with an enjoyment for building relationships.
  • Organized, inquisitive, and intrinsically motivated.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets consistently.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Resilient and able to remain positive.
  • Commutable to a London office (3 days a week required).
