TL;DR

Product Growth Lead (Starlink): Scaling specific Starlink product offerings across the globe with an accent on analyzing financial impact and forecasting of growth experiments to support prioritization. Focus on leading development and execution of strategic programs and driving product improvements across the business.

Location: Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Willingness to travel to customer sites, other hirify.global locations, and events as needed.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00/per year

What you will do

  • Scale specific product offerings across the globe
  • Analyze financial impact and forecast of growth experiments to support prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
  • Oversee the online purchase and activation customer journey, identifying areas for improvement
  • Lead development and execution of strategic programs to maximize global sales for a product category
  • Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning
  • Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of cumulative work/internship experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
  • 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
  • Experience with Excel
  • Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
  • Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
  • Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime
