Salary: $135,000–$185,000 annually

What you will do

• Refine sales enablement programs for hirify.global’s position within the engineering ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product on use case definition and refinement for engineering workflows.
• Partner with Sales to identify and support key deals and customer visits.
• Advance hirify.global’s AEC brand through thought-leadership and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Industry Engagement in support of industry associations.
• Provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and validation on AEC software products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a Design Technology role as a Practitioner and/or solution consultant with design firms (Engineering and/or Architecture).
• Practical experience with industry design applications such as Bentley OpenRoads, Autodesk Civil 3D, ESRI ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, and collaborative file systems like Bentley ProjectWise, Newforma, and Autodesk Docs.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a matrix organization across different departments and managerial levels.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops, panel talks, and other external-facing capacities.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States or from one of the hybrid office locations.

Nice to have

• Preferred experience as a past presenter at industry events like Autodesk University, ACEC, or IHEEP.
