What you will do

• Lead projects from concept to completion with clear communication on milestones, targets, goals, and deadlines.
• Work across new business pitches and develop existing client relationships.
• Plan integrated projects from initial stages through to final delivery, including Gen AI projects.
• Act as the lead client contact and continuously assess working methods for improvement.
• Oversee project financial budgets, resource review, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.

Requirements

• Excellent client engagement skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Exceptional project management skills, acting as the product owner.
• Overall responsibility for project initiation, execution, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines, and closure.
• Ability to develop processes for data gathering and storing and host productive project meetings.
• Agile Project Management experience for mapping out sprints and leading scrums.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members and integrate with client-side teams.
