What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex operational projects for the Digital Division.
- Support programme-level planning, sequencing, and dependency management.
- Provide line management, coaching, and development to the Operations Project Manager.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, digital, and technology teams.
- Establish and maintain appropriate project and programme governance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and transformation across processes and tools.
Requirements
- Significant project management experience, leading complex projects and/or programmes focused on change/transformation.
- Experience line managing, coaching, or mentoring project managers.
- Strong working knowledge of the full project lifecycle and ability to flex methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
- Experience working across business operations, technology, infrastructure, publishing, compliance, or security projects.
- Strong risk, dependency, resource, and financial management capability.
- Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and project delivery tools.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering operational change within a digital media or content-led organisation.
- Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, Agile, Scrum).
- Experience using Monday.com.
- Recognised change management qualification (Prosci or Adcar).
