What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Business IT separation roadmap, including milestones and dependencies.
• Lead IT carve-out activities across applications, infrastructure, networks, and security.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for aligned execution and timely delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to data integrity and system availability.
• Oversee data migration, system replication, and new environment stand-up.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements throughout the separation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience delivering IT separation, carve-out, or M&A-related programs.
• Strong background in business-led technology delivery across multiple domains.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ required.
• Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level and translate technical complexity.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
