What you will do

• Lead and scale a diverse, hybrid team of Security Engineers across UK/Ireland and South Africa.
• Drive new modes of performance and deliver scale across the entire selling ecosystem for the Exposure Management platform.
• Serve as the SE leader for UKI and South Africa markets, ensuring regional requirements are reflected.
• Work cross-functionally with direct sales, channel, marketing, services, and customer success teams.
• Actively coach Security Engineers, helping them transition to platform-based selling and achieve career milestones.
• Foster a culture of innovation, proactive problem-solving, customer qualification, and closing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an SE Manager, with a proven track record of evolving high-output teams.
• Deep roots in the cybersecurity industry, specifically within Exposure Management or Vulnerability Management domains.
• Extensive experience with modern, highly-scaled cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a "platform-as-a-product" mindset.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams across multiple jurisdictions (specifically UK/I and South Africa).
• Ability to pivot quickly in response to the fast-moving threat landscape and market shifts.
• B.S. or M.S. Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
