What you will do
- Prospect and qualify leads from a list of targeted contacts and accounts.
- Present and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to major decision-makers.
- Leverage sales and marketing tools to research and identify ideal personas to prospect.
- Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.
- Perform high volume outbound prospecting through emailing campaigns, calls, and research tools such as LinkedIn or Salesforce.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Sales or BDR experience (preferably in a SaaS company) with KPI-driven quota incentive structure.
- CRM experience is a must.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven lead generation or Business development experience.
- Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or University-level equivalent education required.
