What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify leads from a list of targeted contacts and accounts.
  • Present and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to major decision-makers.
  • Leverage sales and marketing tools to research and identify ideal personas to prospect.
  • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.
  • Perform high volume outbound prospecting through emailing campaigns, calls, and research tools such as LinkedIn or Salesforce.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Sales or BDR experience (preferably in a SaaS company) with KPI-driven quota incentive structure.
  • CRM experience is a must.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven lead generation or Business development experience.
  • Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or University-level equivalent education required.
