What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans and approach target customers via outbound techniques.
- Transform Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Opportunities by cultivating and educating prospective buyers.
- Nurture leads, schedule product demonstrations, and facilitate intro meetings with potential customers.
- Position hirify.global as a global provider of software and services for communications and customer engagement.
- Achieve ambitious quarterly targets, follow up on leads, and maintain an updated prospect database in SFDC.
- Take live chats/phone calls, follow-up on leads from various sources, and search for additional key contacts.
Requirements
- Outbound prospecting/inside sales experience, preferably within Tech/SAAS solutions.
- Over 2 years of experience in this or a similar field.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, work independently, and analyze business opportunities.
- Strong technical aptitude and genuine interest in technology.
- Work rights in Australia are required.
