What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s Global Privacy and Data Compliance Program with legal, strategic, and operational support.
• Advise on a broad range of privacy, data compliance, AI, and cyber regulations across products, services, and marketing.
• Provide effective and timely advice relating to internal requests for disclosure and use of data.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative developments, drafting and updating company policies and processes.
• Support on legal and contractual frameworks for data sharing for intra-company and third-party partners.
• Build awareness and deliver training to stakeholders on data regulations and privacy issues.

Requirements

• Legal expertise in privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, confidentiality of communications, and law enforcement assistance.
• Good understanding of telecommunications and OTT business strategies and operations.
• Legal Qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant expertise.
• At least 2 years of previous experience within the Tech or Telco industries.
• Good knowledge of the laws governing privacy, cybersecurity, and law enforcement assistance.
