What you will do

• Oversee daily carrier performance and network reliability by monitoring quality metrics, managing ticketing workflows, and resolving technical service escalations.
• Maintain global regulatory adherence by organizing essential documentation and performing internal compliance checks to mitigate legal and operational risks.
• Act as the primary liaison between external carriers and internal Technical and Legal teams to facilitate the swift resolution of operational hurdles and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on service expectations.
• Ensure the integrity of telecommunications records by maintaining an organized repository of carrier contracts, rate sheets, and performance data to reflect current pricing and operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the Paris, London, or Madrid office (Hybrid).
• Degree in Business, IT, or Telecom (or equivalent experience).
• Proven background in telecom operations, compliance, or regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to build and maintain key stakeholder partnerships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for collaborative environments.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and proficient in ticketing systems and advanced spreadsheet management.
