What you will do

• Support reviews of NDAs, Order Forms, MSAs, and DPAs to keep deals moving through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure timely and practical legal input.
• Assist with legal and privacy questionnaires (RFPs, onboarding, and renewals).
• Support review of supplier and event terms and internal approval workflows.
• Maintain the contract repository (Nomio), including renewals, notices, and tracking key commercial terms.
• Support day-to-day privacy and compliance activities, including documentation and internal processes.
• Assist with AI governance and compliance readiness.

Requirements

• A law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, DPAs or similar).
• Familiarity with GDPR and/or US privacy laws, and a strong interest in data protection, privacy, or compliance.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities.
• Must be based in the UK.
