What you will do

• Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers.
• Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live.
• Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions.
• Map complex fund flows and ensure hirify.global remains the central source of financial truth.
• Advise on advanced crypto use cases (stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, treasury).

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting.
• Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers.
• Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures.
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Big 4, ERP, fintech, or crypto-native background.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps or shaping best practices at scale.
